About Christian

Christian Andreu-von Euw founded Tech.Law after twelve years of high-stakes technology litigation at Morrison & Foerster, a premier international law firm. He has experience with bench trials, jury trials, and arbitration. He also teaches Data Security and Privacy at the University of San Diego.
Christian loves hard problems, loves helping his clients, and absolutely loves winning. He works hard to understand your business and your needs, and to find the strategy that solves your problems. Sometimes that means leaving no stone unturned. More often, it means a targeted strategy that is tailored to your risks, your goals, and your budget. And if your ideal strategy is better suited to another lawyer, he will be the first to tell you.

Christian focuses on commercial litigation with an emphasis on data security, patent, and trade secret litigation. The technologies at-issue in his prior engagements include data security, genetically engineered crops, business software, immunoassays, database design, photolithography, digital imaging, glucose monitoring sensors, transistor design, immunoneurology, and 3G, 4G, 5G, and WiFi communications.
